CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
All submissions must be composed in English and should provide a clear, concise summary of the proposed presentation.
Submission Deadline and Platform
The deadline for all submissions is April 30, 2026. Authors are required to submit their work exclusively through the designated online Submission portal.
Format and Technical Requirements
Authors must employ the official symposium Template , ensuring that all prescribed manuscript sections are included. Submissions must be prepared in Microsoft Word format and uploaded via the online Submission portal. Authors are requested to identify the appropriate thematic track for their submission within the online portal.
Types of Submissions
The symposium welcomes two categories of submissions aligned with the designated thematic tracks: extended abstracts, and full-length articles.
Formatting Specifications
All submissions must utilize Arial typeface, 11-point font size, single line spacing, and left justification. Each submission must contain the following elements: title, author name(s), institutional affiliation(s), country, postal address, email address, and designation of the corresponding author.
Length and Content Requirements
Extended Abstracts: Four to six A4 pages, adhering to identical formatting guidelines as full-length manuscripts.
Full-Length Papers: Minimum length of ten A4 pages, prepared using the provided template. Authors are strongly encouraged to submit full-length papers for peer review and potential inclusion in post-conference publications.
Review Process and Conference Participation
Following the review process, all accepted and presented papers (both oral presentations and posters) will be incorporated into the final conference program upon confirmation of presenter registration. All registered participants will receive the complete proceedings along with the finalized program schedule.
Publications
The scientific committee will select high-quality papers to be published in renowned international journals (to be announced).
INFORMATION
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
AWARDS
Accepted full-length papers, abstracts, and posters will be considered for conference awards. Award recipients will be announced and recognized during the closing ceremony. The following distinctions will be conferred
